Birth Doula Care

2 - 3 Prenatal visits

24 hr phone and email support

Assistance with writing your birth plan and honoring it

Assistance with writing your postpartum plan

Attendance to a prenatal appointment with your care provider, if time allows
Continuous attendance and support throughout your labor and birth
Assistance and support until you are settled in and initial breastfeeding has been established

24 hr phone and email support for the first three days after your birth

2 Postpartum visits

Labor, birth and initial postpartum photography

Fees:

Sliding scale starting at $800.00. The final amount that is paid is determined by you, the client and may be based on the amount of time your doula spends with you during pregnancy, labor/birth and postpartum, your overall satisfaction of services rendered and your ability to pay.

Childbirth Classes

At Pregnancy Birth Parenting we are passionate about supporting and empowering growing families. We offer one-on-one private childbirth classes that are especially designed to meet you and your families individual needs. Private classes are held in the comfort of your home. Our classes include aspects from Birthing From Within, Hypnobirthing, Lamaze and Bradley.

Childbirth Preparation Class
This class is great if you are a first-time mom, haven't taken childbirth classes before or you would like more then just a refresher. This class also covers Newborn Care, Postpartum Planning and Breastfeeding.

        3 classes (ex. Fri, Sat, Sun)     5 hours per class    $240.00

Childbirth Refresher Class
This class is great if you have taken childbirth classes within the last 2-3 years and feel like you just need a review.

        2 classes (ex. Sat, Sun)           3 hours per class    $80.00

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle and relaxing form of hands-on therapy. The techniques used in CST focus primarily on tension and restrictions within the dura mater, the membrane that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. Abnormal tension and restrictions within the dura mater can put pressure on nerves and can disrupt the healthy functioning of the central nervous system thereby causing neurological problems.
